Amanda Brugel

Tessa Tessa Amanda AmandaPointe Claire is a sleepy town on the island in Montreal called the West Island. The people who aren't familiar with this term frequently think that it's a distinct island that lies west of Montreal however, in reality this part of West Island is home to everything from Lachine west to Lachine west. Amanda Brugel was born there and that's the truth. But she only was there for a brief period. Brugel grew in Courtice in the outskirts of Oshawa. Initial goals included becoming an experienced dancer. However, a growth rate meant that she outgrew her dance partners. She admitted in an article that was published in The Toronto Star that she was 6'1" tall when wearing heels. After I outgrew my male companions then I slowed down. A lot of former dancers go into acting. In Brugel's situation she was influenced by an acting teacher in high school. It was the teacher who recommended she take on a part in the annual school production. It was the teacher who suggested that she attempt to play a part in the school's annual production. It was her turn to be selected to portray Anne of Green Gables. A Fine Arts Talent Award at York University led her to the Theatre Program that she attended until 2000 with a bachelor of master of fine arts.
